Ao comprarem a "Rockstar Pass", que custa 800 pontos, terão acesso aos seguintes conteúdos para o jogo: "The Broderick Detective Suit", "The Sharpshooter Detective Suit", "The Badge Pursuit Challenge & Button Man Suit", "The Naked City", "A Slip Of The Tongue", "Nicholson Electroplating" e "Reefer Madness".

Quando a PlayStation Store estiver disponível, os jogadores PlayStation 3 também poderão comprar a "Rockstar Pass".
